Espargo | 1 Sauce |
Leek | 1 pcs. |
Tomate rama | 2 pcs. |
White onion | 2 pcs. |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Garlic powder | 1 teaspoon |
Pink piment | q.b. |
Thyme | q.b. |
Azeite | 2 tablespoons |
Preparation
Step 1
On an oven plate make a bed of vegetables, arrange the leek and asparagus into pieces, the tomato in slices and the onions and halves.
Step 2
Place the cod portions on top and season with salt, garlic powder, pink pepper and thyme.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
