According to information released on the website portugal.gov.pt, the Government has organised "a program that allows the reception and integration of Ukrainian citizens who are arriving", soon having access to the tax, Social Security and National Health Service numbers, allowing it access to the various services. This also allows them to work, and the Government has surveyed employment opportunities with companies through a working group of the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training dedicated to meeting employment opportunities and the profiles of Ukrainian citizens.

In addition to the above actions, a platform was also created (on the IEFP website - https://www.iefp.pt/portugal-for-ukraine) for companies to carry the opportunities they have available and the professional profiles they are looking for - more than two thousand job offers have already been uploaded - and we are communicating these job offers to the Ukrainian community and through international websites, particularly in Ukrainian.

The IEFP, IP will also organise Portuguese Language of Reception courses for these citizens who may already be integrated into the company.
