This amount of deliciousness has a history! Until she settled in the charming Campo de Ourique neighborhood, Drica revisited sweet memories of her childhood and youth, when her mother and grandmother made desserts or afternoon snacks irresistible. They were moments in paradise amidst the turmoil of São Paulo, where Drica was born and lived until moving to Lisbon, 5 years ago, with a suitcase, gourd and a precious notebook of recipes from her matriarchs. Under the blue sky of Portugal, the horizon was drawn for the only gourmet pudding boutique in the country to be born.
Favorite in Brazil and already proving to be a favorite in Portugal, the condensed milk pudding, soft, thick and mouth-watering, is the champion of taste in Portuguese lands. And it is closely followed by a renowned couple: Romeo and Juliet, “a true love affair between cheese and guava paste”, as Drica Moraes puts it, giving rise to this typically Brazilian combination.
Puddino's Delights
And since ideas and creativity are raw materials for Gemini Drica Moares, she invented making a cake, with the look and taste of the way it came out of the oven in her house in São Paulo. Think about the perfect marriage of a carrot cake with chocolate icing and melt before that temptation! Or sigh deeply as you take to your mouth the wet orange cake, the cornmeal cake, the chocolate cake and even the “you’re welcome” cake, which highlights the flavor of the best ingredients in the recipe.
The other new feature that arrives with spring is a corner that offers direct contact with the outside world, to watch time pass and enjoy Portugal's even bluer sky. On the recently created Puddino terrace, you can enjoy pudding in a pot, cake by the slice, sweets with a Brazilian accent and coffee or tea to better enjoy these emotional delights.
And for those who make the healthy line, Puddino created the sugar-free cake, the lactose-free pudding and soon the vegan pudding, already in an advanced testing phase to get the best of this trend that has more and more followers.
