I love curiosities... and especially cultural differences. We know that Portuguese is spoken in Portugal and Brazil. But curiously not all words have the same meaning. As we can see in the images above, the titles of international films are adapted or translated in a similar way. You may have noticed that some productions gain very different titles in both countries.
For example, in Portugal the title of the movie "50 First Dates" has been translated into "My Girlfriend Has Amnesia". In Brazilian lands, the film was named "As If It Were the First Time".
