From January, the annual income statement can only be delivered electronically
Those over 65 years of age who have exemption from the electronic issuance of receipts will now have an assisted digital service available, which will enable them to fulfil this tax obligation, which will be ensured by the Tax and Customs Authority.
This measure follows the Model 44 declaration ( Download Model 44 ) which should, from January, begin to be delivered electronically.

Your declaratory obligation will only be fulfilled after the submission of the data and the obtaining of the identification of the declaration and its date and time of receipt.
