I highly recommend Cervejaria Liberdade, which is located on the touristy property Avenida da Liberdade, and specialises in fish and shellfish from the Portuguese coast.
Its concept is based on tasting sea flavours and different ways of preparing them. In which we choose the food and how it should be eaten, whether typical of Japanese, Peruvian or national cuisine among others. We chose to savour a delicious grilled fish, typical Portuguese. And grilled milk lamb chop. As a true connoisseur of sweets, I emphasise my chosen dessert, Cocoa Mousse (70%).
The ambiance is sophisticated and elegant, for those who love to admire a beautiful view the space is ideal. We can also appreciate typical Portuguese liqueurs as well as an excellent selection of wines, with special emphasis on whites and champagnes, and of course, there is a wide variety of national, craft and international beers. We finalised our dinner with a small tasting of liqueurs, Amarguinha and Ginja. My favourite, Ginja and her husband, Bitter.
