PORTUGAL | Frequently Asked Questions about Buying a Ticket

A few days ago we shared with you the mega tip on where you can find wonderful deals on tickets.

To clarify even more doubts that may arise about this tip, Passagens Promo, decide to highlight some information that may possibly resolve some doubts.

For example, we were asked if:

Can I change the passenger's name after the ticket has been issued?

Airline tickets are personal and non-transferable and full name change is not permitted. It will only be allowed to change the name in case of typing errors, if a letter has been changed or something related. But the final decision is always up to the airline, so always check the details before finalizing the purchase.

Tip: Ticket issuance, you must always enter your first and last name. If the passenger's last surname is Filho, Neto or Júnior, for example, it is necessary to inform the previous surname as well. Ex: Fábio Melo Júnior.

If you have purchased a ticket, you can request this change through the email atendimento@passagenspromo.com.br

If my flight changes, will I be notified by Passagens Promo?

In the case of altered flights, the airline is responsible for informing passengers of any changes that have occurred in their reservation.

My credit card was declined on purchase. How to proceed?
