Prime Minister António Costa of Portugal posted a video on his Instagram account in which he explains the reasons why he decided to take tougher measures.
Faced with a Europe shaken by Covid-19, in Portugal, the Prime Minister warns that the situation of the pandemic "is very serious." He also asks the Portuguese to stay at home to stop contagion and avoid further economic and emotional losses.
